Adding Value to Pain

There is only one way to add value to severe and unjust pain –  and that is to take the source of pain, as often as it comes to the memory, and sincerely bless the offender every time.
If anyone has suffered at any time, and for any length of time, you know what kind of hell that abandonment, that marginalization, that dehumanization, that false propaganda, that torture, that displacement or that God-forsaken experience is. And therefore, in your heart you know that no human being should ever go through it. Ever. Not even your enemy. So you place that offender before God for mercy and blessing.
"Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us"

When you are sledge hammered by your foes, to retaliate is unfortunately a voluntary action. Like the force of gravity it sucks you down. It takes immense strength to rise against this gravity. But once achieved, the taste of forgiveness is far sweeter than that of revenge!

Revenge is like being in the Event Horizon of a black-hole. You get sucked in. True. But it requires enormous strength to escape that accretion disk. Humanly, its not possible. Only God can give that strength.
